DELIVERY

A normal/standard delivery charge is based on the amount of the rent and 40 miles from our address.                                                                                      

Our delivery charges are for a Standard delivery/pickup only to tailgate drop off or the first area of the house/Hall/Hotel or business (Door to Door / Truck to Door).

If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or area an additional labor charge may be incurred. Please check ours “Special Delivery” charges and our Set up charges.                                                                                                  

If at the moment of the delivery the client requests more furniture, we will charge another “delivery charge” according to the new order.

·          Delivery for Rents from $251   to  $ 500   = Delivery $130

·          Delivery for Rents from $501   to  $ 750   = Delivery $160

·          Delivery for Rents from $751   to  $1000  = Delivery $190

·          Delivery for Rents from $1001 to  $1250  = Delivery $220

More than 40 miles from our address please add $90 more to the normal delivery charge.

More than 50 miles from our address please add $130 more to the normal delivery charge.

More than 60 miles from our address please add $170 more to the normal delivery charge.

More than 70 miles from our address please add $210 more to the normal delivery charge.

More than 80 miles from our address please add $390 more to the normal delivery charge.

Special Delivery

  • $ 150   Delivery after/before normal hours.

Normal delivery hours are 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday. Deliveries can be made 24 hours a day but cost an additional fee of  $50.00.

  • $50  Delivery in a place with stairs.
  • $50  Elevator, difficult access or an long/excessive walk.

 

If  Client is not  at  home when the truck delivers/picks up..….If you know you will not be home, please call 24 hours before your delivery with instructions as to where the furniture is to be left. If you are not home and we have no instructions it will cause a delay and an Extra Delivery Charge to you for rescheduling a truck. Please check our “Delivery Charge”

 

 

Set Up & Tear Down

Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $    1 - $ 250=  $  50

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $ 251 - $ 500=  $  60

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $ 501 - $ 750=  $ 70                                                                                                          

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $ 751 - $1000= $ 80

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1001 - $1250=  $ 85

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1251 - $1500=  $ 90

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1501 - $1750=  $ 95

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1751 - $2000=  $100

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2001 - $2250=  $110

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2251 - $2500=  $120

If the Set UP and Tear Down is in different rooms please add $100 per room (Not for houses) for examples: Hotels, Venues, Halls, etc

 

If the Set UP and Tear Down is in The Beach, please add the following charges per pc to your Order;

  • Chairs - $2.50 per pc
  • Rectangular Tables - $7.50 per pc
  • Round Tables - $7.50 per pc
  • Loveseats / Sofas - $7.50 per pc
  • Ottomans - $5.00 per pc
  • LED Tables - $5.00 per pc
