Payment Terms: DUE 100% at place order

  

To Place an Order;

Client must pay the full rent upon placing the order.

 - We require Copy of ID ( front and back )

-  We require Copy of Credit Card / Debit Card ( front and back )

We need a Full Name, mailing & delivery address of a person, home or business. A phone number and onsite contact person with a cell phone number if possible.

We also need to keep in file a current credit card number along with the expiration date, name on the card, 3-digit security code (even credit card code) and the correct mailing address. Before delivery, we will charge $1 for credit card test.

  

Payment is due before items are released to a customer

 

We accept PAYMENTS by:

ZELLE, Venmo, CashApp, Credit Cards (No Amex) and Cash,  NO Checks (No exceptions)

 

 

 

If Client is not at home when the truck deliver /! Pickup...

 

If you know, you will not be home, please call 24 hours before your delivery with instructions as to where the furniture is to be left. If you are not home and we have no instructions, it will cause a delay and an Extra Delivery Charge to you for rescheduling a truck. Please check our "Delivery Charge"

 

  

PICK UP ORDERS: We charge a Refundable Damage Deposit of $450, we will need copy of your ID, and car plate. We will refund the Damage Deposit only when client return our equipment in the next 24 hrs  and in good conditions, same conditions that Lounge Party Rentals give to client, no damages.

 

 

 

Rental Period

All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item.

All charges are for time out, whether it used or not.

If the client needs to keep the items more than 24 hours, we will offer a Discount!

  

 

CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for equipment (lounge furniture, chairs, canopies, bar, tables, cubes,etc) remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return.

All the items (lounge furniture, chairs, canopies, bar, tables, etc) have to be ready for pickup. Any loss or damage is responsibility of the client.

Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees as and "Damage Fee"

 

Loss or / and Damage

 

A REFUNDABLE Loss/Damage Deposit Fee will be added to all Party Rental Orders. We will return the full damage deposit fee only if the client returns the items without any damage and any loss (small or big). If not we will keep it in full. If there is any loss or damage that can't be cover with the damage deposit fee, we will charge client for the

*replacement cost of the item. We will charge client as soon as we will pick-up/find the item(s) with any damage/loss, no matter what the damage/loss is small or big for anybody (Client or Lounge Party Rentals LLC). Client will pay for any damage or loss of our furniture/items, Lounge Party Rentals will use the credit card on file.

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of return. Customers are

Responsible for all damage/breakage and lost equipment. There will be replacement charges for damage/breakage or lost items. All items should be secured and protected from harmful weather conditions.

 

Damage deposit fee for rents from $     1 - $ 250 = $ 100

Damage deposit fee for rents from$ 251- $500 = $150

Damage deposit fee for rents from$ 501 - $ 750 = $200

Damage deposit fee for rents from$ 751 - $1000 = $250

Damage deposit fee for rents from $1001-$1500 = $300

Damage deposit fee for rents from $1501 - $2000 = $350

Damage deposit fee for rents from $2001 - $2500 = $400

Damage deposit fee for rents from $2501 - $3000 = $450

Damage deposit fee for rents from $3001 and Up = $500

Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS – No Refunds will be given to any payment made…especially last minute changes or cancellations.

No Refunds will be given to any deposit made.- No exceptions

AS-IS CONDITION

Lessee agrees to accept the Furniture in its "as-is" condition.

  

By signing our rental agreement, we have your authorization to take pictures/videos of our equipment/furniture in your event and to show them (pictures/videos) in all our web pages without any problem and without any charge.

 

 LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY. Lounge Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any liability for injury, disability or/and death of client/Lessee and other persons caused by using, operating, handling, or transporting the equipment during the time of the furniture/equipment with the client/lease and term of this Lease. Attorneys' Fees and Costs will be cover by client.

 GOVERNING LAW. This Lease shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

CLIENT NEEDS TO SIGN OUR AGREEMENT/TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE DELIVERY.

All our Terms & Conditions apply at the moment that our clients pay for their order (Deposit,  full payment, or any payment)

WHEN Client IS PLACING THE ORDER (Paying a  Deposit,  full payment, or any payment) is confirming THAT ARE AGREE WITH ALL our Terms & Conditions.
